XFree86 3.1.1 will be  released on Wednesday. It includes
official fixes 07-11 from the X Consortium so the release cannot
happen before the X Consortium release.

On the other hand, the volume carried by full mirror sites is huge
(360 Mo) so it takes some time to have all of them ready.
