BSD is still 199306 in sys/param.h

IMHO, it should have changed, as some structures have changed (well, at
least names).

I discovered that when I wanted to make a version of my arcnet driver
for NetBSD-Amiga which compiles OK on -current systems (one of the
betatesters) and on -1.0 (me).
