You should have received a reply saying that the PR had been filed.
Reply to that, and CC "gnats-bug@netbsd.org".

The PR filer recognizes Subject lines like:
	Subject: Re: bin/2343: bug in /usr/bin/foo.

And will file the contents of the mail message into the PR.  I believe
the category ("bin", in the above example), PR number (2343), and
Subject must match exactly for this to happen.
