in an effort to be consistent, those the "vnode disk" pseudo-device is
now named "vnd". (its device nodes used to be named that, etc., but
things were a bit mixed up in the kernel.)

when you want the vnode disk pseudo-dev in your kernel, ask for it with:

pseudo-device	vnd	4

where 4 can be many other numbers. 8-)

also, specifying them as swap devices should now work, though i've not
tested specifying one as my primary swap device... (i've tested them
as secondary, etc...)
