   Here's what I've already run through: 
	   Tried different ether cards (all SMC UEL's)
	   Tried differnet ISA ports

   The card is at irq 10, port 300 and iomem cc00.

I hope you really mean `cc000', not `cc00'.  If not, that's your
problem.
