For what it's worth, I have a shell script suite which takes, as input,
the output of the nightly CVS run, and generates a list of files to
retrieve via anonymous FTP.  If anyone is interested, I'll try to put them
somewhere easily accessible.

If there is sufficiently low demand, I'll just shar the whole bunch and
mail it out.

Once you get the scripts configured (and you will need to configure them),
the only thing you need to do is make sure you save your nightly CVS updates.
The only interaction you will need to do is to type in a password for
anonymous ftp.

It works like a charm for me.
