Subject: mounting union fs's

In /etc/fstab I have these two lines:
/sun/local                      /usr/local      union   ro,-b           0 0
/sun/usr/bin                    /usr/bin        union   ro,-b           0 0

When I boot up, I get one mounted
<below>:/sun/local     318916   209282    77740    73%    /usr/local
and the other...well...I get this:
union: no such file or directory

any clues ?
