current-users: Bug in /sys/kern/Makefile

The Makefile in /sys/kern is unable to rebuild a syscalls.c file.

The line:

	sh makesyscalls.sh syscalls.master

needs to read:
	
	sh makesyscalls.sh syscalls.conf syscalls.master
