sorry, but you caught me at a really bad time.

it's worth noting that if you've got a question like this, in general,
it's a _bad_ idea to send it to me directly...

sort-of.  mail is being archived (last i checked), but we changed the
mail-handling machine, and a way of getting the archives up for ftp,
etc., hasn't been resolved.

it's simply a matter of time and energy; i don't have any to handle
it, right now.  8-)
