my new disk is about to arrive and I ask the simple question. I'm running
0.9 on my production and semi-production x86 systems so stability is
important. Now that the big kernel changes are out of the way, is it
reasonably safe and worthwhile upgrading to current instead of the
slushified 1.0 release?

PS I intend installing recent bootblocks whatever - at least I'm assuming
they work with 1.0.
