When doing a make install on a fresh mtreed DESTDIR I foundthat the
viref part wanted to go into usd/13.viref which didn't exist.  When
looking in etc/mtree/* I only found usd/13.ex, not 13.viref.  Am I
missing something?  At least I'm under the impression that I have a
complete 941130 sup online.
