Hi all.

I tried to get NetBSD-1.0 up a running over the past couple of days.
Everything seems to work *very* good. Kudos to everyone who got this
release out the door.

I have one *small* problem. It seems that the access to my scsi disk
is *very* flaky. When I try to rebuild a kernel, it dies at random intervals,
and the way it dies, leads me to believe that sometimes the driver is getting
junk from the disk.

Has anyone ever seen something like this?

Machine:

486dx2/66 -- AMI BIOS (Does this help?)
ATI MACH32 -- 2MB
1542C -- SCSI BIOS disabled
Fujitsu 1033MB hard disk
Toshiba CD-ROM drive
Soundblaster 16
SMC Ethernet
