Yep, I've ported it.  It mostly works, but on a slow interface (e.g. ppp
on a serial line) it occasionally causes TCP to send gunk to a user
process.

I have put diffs from the "floppy" release onto ftp.csua.berkeley.edu,
but the FTP maintainer hasn't, as far as I know, put the diffs into the
cypherpunks area.  Check out the incoming area, though.
