we just did a from-scratch install using the latest floppies -

	- across nfs
	- Gateway 4DX2-66v (i know, i know, ...)
	-  IDE  
	-  Etherlink III
	
it went very well.  the only problem came in extracting comp10 - things
got flaky (nfs maybe?) with such a large extract, and the system locked
up a couple of times.  i just decided to punt on comp10, and installed
it later.  then things went fine.

i can't think of any problems with INSTALL or the installation process
itself.  it didn't even take all that long.
