Hi, All,

I noticed something last night but haven't had the time to play with it
and figure out where the problem is. I did a "!!date" in vi, which should
execute "date" and put the output back in my file. But, nothing came back
from the command "ls" did the same. I'm using the latest binary snapshot
with an old (Aug) Kernel - the shell is "bash". If anybody else notices
the same behavior, please post it here. Otherwise I'll assume the bug is
in me. ;-)

Mark
