I was connected to an isdn bridge through /dev/tty01 at 9600baud, and I hit
^S for a couple of minutes to make the bridge stop spitting messages. To
my surprise after I hit ^Q I could not get the bridge prompt back. I killed
my xterm, logged in again the kermit process was still there and could not
be killed:

12204 p0- IE     0:00.14 kermit -l /dev/tty01 -b 9600

I guess I'll have to reboot now.
