Hello,

	`Another year, another timezone change'

The zoneinfo file (found in the Sept-13 snapshot) for Australia needs
updating.  Could some one nearer to the backbone please dig up the
latest copy (munnari?, archie?) and send it in.

If this has already been done, sorry.

Some things I'm aware of are:

	o	In 1994, SA finished Summer Time at the end of March
		It was a `Festival Year'.

	o	From 1995 on, SA & VIC will extend their summer time
		to the end of March

	o	NSW, baring the `Extended Summer Time' political
		party winning the next election, wont.

	o	QLD, Hmm, Jo still thinks the sun .... :-)
