What *are* you talking about?

1) The kvm_*() routines have always been in libkvm.

2) sysctl() does not return argument and environment lists, so it is
hardly a replacement for libkvm.

3) The man page is obviously outdated.  Someone in CSRG apparently
forgot to update it getkerninfo() went away.
