I tried this and got back a message that said no matches found
for 'kevin@spef8.spef.syr.ge.com'.

Additionally I have sent mail to:
current-users-approval@sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu
which is suposed to get you to a human.

Has anyone succesfully gotten their mail straightend out?
