After some great help from Luke Mewburn and Roland McGrath, I finally got
ftp.ecs.umich.edu up and running as a sup file server for NetBSD-current.  I've
had it up and running for about a week, and it seems to be working fine and
dandy.  There is only one cavat, what happens when during a sup update between
sun-lamp and ftp.eecs, sun-lamp goes down?  Now ftp.eecs has an incomplete
version of the -current sources which most likely won't compile.  Well, to get
around this, Roland McGrath suggested that I allow the latest sup log for
ftp.eecs to be supped down to your local machine.  Then you can just check the
log to see if the latest sup completed successfully ( A simple script to check
the last line of the log for the word completed would work nicely )  Please
remember that the chance of a sup update aborting midway through a source only
update is very rare ( Today's update took about 2-3 minutes ), it is the
transferring of the huge tar files where the problem could happen ( right now
it's a transfer of about 22 MB ).  

If you have any suggestions or comments about ftp.eecs.umich.edu, please
don't hestitate to send me mail.  Also if you have some NetBSD specific files
that you would like put up there ( i.e. the latest XFree86/UUCP/top patches )
I'm in the process of bringing up some more space, so I'll keep you posted.
