I'm told that the TNIC-1500 is based on the PCnet-ISA chip. Before
the PCnet-ISA chips, many boards already did bus-mastering DMA. The
main difference is that the newer chip is highly integrated.

It sounds like it should be really easy to make it work with the `le'
driver. Again, if someone sends me docs and/or a board I'll look at
it. Alternatively, someone else can do it and ask me questions as
needed.
