but you *can* redir the supfilesrv port on the local machine
to sun-lamp's supfilesrv port, and the set up the sup file
to connect to the local machine.  i know lots of people who
sup this way (infact, in a day or two, i'll be one of them..
at least, with term's successor ;-)
