current-users: CVS daily output

I'm no longer receiving the "CVS daily output" messages.  The last
one I got was on July 21st.  Any ideas what's wrong?

Also, judging from the files I received an hour or so ago, it looks
like the last SUP scan was done on Wednesday (July 27th).
