We did fix a bug in sys/net/if_ppp.c recently, about a week ago
(and then we fixed a bug in the fix just a day or so ago, thanks
to osymh@gemini.oscs.montana.edu). The bug was that the ppp code
was writing past the end of mbufs if it couldn't get cluster
mbufs. Try getting a new if_ppp.c from sun-lamp and see if
it fixes your problem.
