I've been reading about how the FreeBSD people have to get their 1.1.5
release out by the end of July or they can't release anything until
they get their 2.0 with 4.4BSD released.  Is NetBSD under a similar
deadline?  Is there a date where distribution of 0.9x (current) will
have to stop, and the world will have to wait for the imminent release
of 1.0?

Just curious how it all fits together...
