Huh? With FlexFAX you can't use cua devices since it opens the tty and
waits for RING. But FlexFAX goes out of the way if you want to dial out,
so it isn't a problem.
To enable dialout with the current serial driver the minimum needed is a 
getty which honors lockfiles from UUCP et al.
