i've put together another i386 snapshot. It's from this afternoon's sources,
i.e. sources *later* than the tar files...

You need to be running a current kernel (either one of the generic kernels
provided, or a kernel built off tonight's sup sources) to use the binaries;
INSTALL THE KERNEL BEFORE INSTALLING THE BINARIES!

I'm running these binaries on machines locally, including sun-lamp;
they work.  8-)

These binaries use the 'correct' syscalls; if you upgrade to them,
(or sources after tonight's sup) you'll be fine two weeks from now
when i remove the last vestiges of the temporary syscalls i put in...
If you're running a system from before the off_t changes, and you
upgrade to these binaries or sources after tonight all will be happy.

have fun!

chris
