Someone has already done this, I forgot who, and the name of the package,
but I have the source, and patches to the kernel, man pages, and examples.
It lets you filter by address, subnet, transport service type, port number,
and various wildcard expressions.

I am "on the road" until friday, but I will try to remember to post more
information (maybe the README) on friday.
