This is just a ping to see if anyone else has noticed this behaviour.

Since about March 17th (which was the previous time I'd supped before
yesterday) I've been seeing "ed0: device timeout" on bootup. I get
about 2-5 of them right after the ifconfig in /etc/netstart. The
system sits for a while before continuing.

By the time the machine gets to login; everything is working just fine.

I'm using an 8bit 3c503 with AUI.

% cat /etc/hostname.ed0
inet 198.161.64.17 255.255.255.0 198.161.64.255 link0

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?
