the sources for the binaries on the installation floppies are in 
/usr/src.

as for building the floppy images, themselves, putting all of
the binaries on them, etc., there is no "quick and easy" method of
doing that.  the floppy images were built by hand, and i've yet to
automate that process.  i hope to do so in the next few weeks.
