It's my fault too. Just apply this patch to x386.cf:

*** x386.cf     Wed Mar  9 22:21:28 1994
--- /home/matthieu/x386.cf      Sun Mar 20 07:56:24 1994
***************
*** 1092,1101 ****
  # endif
  #endif

- #ifdef i386NetBsd
- # include <netbsdLib.rules>
- #endif
-
  # define ServerExtraDefines GccGasOption -DXDMCP MallocFlags
  LinkKitFlags \
                                -DAVOID_GLYPHBLT

--- 1092,1097 ----

I'll update the lib tarfile on ftp.laas.fr today.
