Well, you must have caught them in a very generous mood, then, because
others have come just short of threatening bodily harm and were still
unsuccessful.  Are you sure this is the low-level firmware programming
guide, and not just the guide for programming to their API?

On the other hand, all I had to do to get the full technical manual
for my BusLogic card was call them and tell them what I needed it for.
They were glad to rush it out to me at their expense.
