There are various tarred up binaries available, ftp.iastate.edu,
I have some on wipux2.wifo.uni-mannheim.de that are updated aperiodically.

In fact for a trial amount of time there are binaries available via sup
see ~ftp/pub/misc/sup/supfile.example for more information.
Not that I see much point in it, but if people want to get the files
via sup instead of ftp it's fine with me (it's less weight on the cpu)

Cheers
