current-users: New if

I just update if_ed.c to deal with some new models, including Ultras.
It's been regression-tested on a NE2000, a WD8013EPC, and a 3C503 so
far, and nothing appears to have broken, but since it's a bunch of
code changes, I thought I'd warn everyone.

If you see any strangeness coming from this driver, let me know.

Um, one warning:  At the moment, it will generate 8 compile warnings.
These can be ignored.
