Hi,

I noticed that CVS isn't part of the NetBSD source tree. Since CVS is
used extensively in the NetBSD project, and since RCS is already
included, would it not make sense to include CVS also?

I always use CVS when I want revision control, never RCS directly.

Just my 2 cent's worth...
