1. Is there any reason that /usr/include/sys/ttydefaults.h cannot be
   changed to set CS8 and no parity by default?  Making these changes
   has solved a couple of my nagging problems with trying to use
   'more', and 'elvis' from a remote login.

2. Is there any reason that /usr/include/sys/syslimits.h cannot be
   changed to allow 128 OPEN files?  The limit of 64 always bites me
   when compiling xview to name one.
