I am putting togethor a small set of binaries and a kerenel to help
for people upgrading in the US. I also plan to make a exportable
system.  I will mail the list when I get done. 
It will not be a full set of binaries,  but it will make upgrading to cuurent
this easy :
cd /
tar -xvf upgrade.tar
cd /usr/src
make 
make install
cd /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/conf....
and make a kernel........
I will also suppy a copy of the GENERICAHA and AHB kernels

Look for an anoouncement to this list sometime tomorrow or Tues.
