bite bite bite

I've been slightly rearranging my partitions ( ;> ) so I ended up with
screwed boot blocks. I have the following stuff on wd0:
0 DOS
1 DOS ext
2
3 BSD
and os-bs for boot selector. So how do I reinstall 0.9 boot blocks
without screwing things up further? (Just don't ask me HOW I managed
to do it, my fingernails were fine until yesterday...)
