Since last time, when I mentioned it, many people asked about where to
get it, mkisofs-1.00 has been uploaded by Eric Youngdale to the various
Linux archives... it works fine with NetBSD, with a couple of small
#ifdef changes (like - don't include <sys/sysmacros.h> !).

It can be found at:
