well, the reason lamp was down last night was because the disk
controller did a good job of eating a few of the partitions.
never fear; everything that ftp/sup users see is now OK...  8-)


anyway i was going to be going away starting today or tomorrow
for about 10 days.  because of some real weird goings-on, it looks
like it's going to end up being 2 3-4 day trips, with some time
back here in the middle...  so be kind to sun-lamp until sunday
or monday; if it crashes, it's staying down for a few days...
