the problem that I am having besides typing :-) is that
sendmail is getting an error when it invokes slocal.

my .forward file has:
"| /usr/local/lib/mh/slocal -user root "

my .maildelivery has:
default - > ? inbox
* - | R /usr/local/lib/mh/rcvtty

in /var/log/maillog the mail fails to be delivered with the following
error:
 delay=00:00:01, stat=unknown mailer error 1
