When I was on hrd769.brooks..., I had trouble getting the CD-ROM to work
correctly.  I found that if I postponed the mount of the Net Drives
until after the tCD-ROM was mounted, I had no problems.

Once the CD-ROM was mounted, I could umount and mount and everything.
Does this sound like your problem?
