Does anyone have any Ethernet card recommendations?  I looked over the
sources last night to get an idea of what's supported (of course,
there's a billion generic near-clones for each "name-brand" board
type...), though I neglected to check on BPF compatibility in the
drivers (of which I was just reminded by someone posting a patch
to an old version of if_ne.c for BPF).
