Comment:

 Fix implemented in 37e1963710ff086512e8be5d095681e1c93b033f. atf-c and
 atf-c++ now reset getopt(3) state right after finishing processing
 options, which means that test cases can call the function again.  (Tests
 implemented to verify!)
