Add functions to "ext/internalize" atf-c lists and maps

Allow converting an atf_list_t to a char** and allow atf_map_t to be
converted to and from char**.  This will be useful to hide these two
types from the public interface offered by atf_{tc,tp}_t.

Addresses ticket #52.
