How do I set up a script file to be executable? On IRIX I add the
appropriate 'header' followed by the command strings, chmod to
executable, then run 'hash' (and of course, stick it in the appropriate
path). I want to create my own 'startx' that will take care of the
grfconfig stuff all in one shot.

Also, how do I mount an Amiga Dos partition as writable so I can transfer
files from NetBSD?

Lastly, when using 'bash', what is the equivalent to 'setenv' and/or how
do I set up the appropriate .login/.bashrc to reflect paths, etc.

Hopefully these questions aren't too dumb.

Thanks,
Ola
