We're working on it. When it's ready, it will be announced.
I don't have much time at the moment, but this will change next year. 
I admit the driver is still beta, but it's better than no support at all.

There isn't even support for it in the driver. There wasn't any effect 
changing polarity on my monitor, so I didn't bother with it. 
It semms that there exist monitors where this settings are important.
Is there a default way to set the polarity or has it to be configurable?
There is no support for it in the standard monitor modes interface.

readcvmonitor is still beta, too. For example, it is not capable of 
interpreting interlaced modes correctly. (Yes, it will be fixed).
I hadn't released it in this hacky stage, but there was a demand for it :).
