Sorry about all the noise. I almost got the file systems created.
My last problem was that the when doing a newfs on the /dev/rvnd0c
the statement was using floppyhd = floppy high density. I changed that to 
floppy and all is well .... except that the kernel /netbsd is too big.

Perhaps since we boot already using 'loadbsd' we don't really need a 
kernel installed on the install floppy. Then all would fit nicely
on a 880K floppy!

Who is interested in testing the 1.1 alpha boot install floppies?
