Since the code that is compiled when RETINA_SPEED_HACK is *not*
defined has been broken (vm_faults()) ever since it was put in the
kernel, could we just remove this option?



Unless there is someone to take responsability for this code,
why not just NUKE it before 1.1 ALPHA is released?

Since I don't have a Picasso I had been compiling the snapshot
kernels w/o this option.
