These informations don't help anybody. To write a A4000T SCSI driver you
need to know the location of the SCSI hostadapters I/O space. Because
probably only the A4000T's kickstart contains the necessary SCSI driver
you will have to diassemble it.

And of course "LoadBSD" must be modified to recognize the A4000T (How?)
because you can't find its hostadapter via autoconfig.
